1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, South
America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.), UK, Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain,
etc.), Australia, New Zealand & Asia (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.). Please
email us if your location is not mentioned.
2. I am reluctant to put my Credit Card number on the
internet, are your payment methods SECURE?
We
accept
Credit Card payments securely through
PayPal's Standard 128-bit
Data Encryption. We do not store Credit Card details of customers during any part of
the transaction.
3. What method of shipping do you use?
For shipping items, we use
UPS Courier which is our preferred carrier.
However, on customer request we can use any of the other alternatives as well - DHL,
FedEx, TNT or others.
4. When can I expect to receive my order?
Items are delivered in 7 to 10 days anywhere in the world,
excluding Sundays and Holidays, under normal conditions of weather &
air-traffic.
5. What happens if my shipment is
never delivered?
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for undelivered/ damaged
shipments.
6. What is your policy on DISCOUNTS?
Repeat buyers will get a 5% discount, while wholesale buyers can
get 20% or more depending on volumes. Shipping costs as applicable will remain
unchanged.
7. What are the shipping rates
you charge?
Shipping charges can be as low as 5.90 USD per KG (Kilogram).

8. What can I customize in my order?
Customizing orders is a special service provided on our website.
You can customize size, background color, embroidery colors and embroidery pattern
as per your requirement.
9. Do custom orders cost more
than normal orders?
For apparel, custom orders will cost more when a
size larger than normal is ordered. For Crewel Fabrics, we will NOT charge any
extra for customization.
10. What is Minimum Order
Quantity for Wholesale Orders?
For apparel, an order of 10 pieces qualifies for
wholesale rates; for crewel fabrics, wholesale rates apply for minimum 100 Yards.
