We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.), UK, Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.), Australia, New Zealand Asia (China, Japan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.).
3. I am reluctant to put my Credit Card number on the internet, are your payment methods SECURE?
We accept Credit Card payments securely through PayPal's Standard 128-bit Data Encryption. We do not store Credit Card details of customers during any part of the transaction.
4. What method of shipping do you use?
We will use Fedex, DHL or UPS to ship your order. Doorstep Delivery for all orders. Custom Delivery available. Contact us for details.
5. When can I expect to receive my order?
Items are delivered within 15 days after shipping, excluding Sundays and Holidays, under normal conditions of weather and air-traffic. Dispatch details are different for different items and are mentioned in each item's description. Please read them carefully.
6. What happens if my shipment is not delivered on time?
We deal with artisans and there may be delays at times unexpected of course. We would be glad to offer a full refund of your Order amount in case you decide to cancel an existing order pending shipment. We also offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for undelivered/ damaged shipments.

8. What are the shipping rates you charge?
We offer Weight-Based Shipping (Calculated at Checkout) to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and the entire Asian continent. Please Contact us for a shipping quote if your country is not in the list.
9. Do you do Custom Orders? What can I customize in my order? How long does it take to deliver the order?
Customizing orders is a special service provided on our website. You can customize size, fabric type and color, embroidery colors and embroidery pattern as per your requirement. Production time is between 1 and 3 months. Please Contact us to request a price quote and delivery schedule for your custom order.
10. Do custom orders cost more than normal orders?
For apparel, custom orders will cost $15 more when a size larger than normal is ordered. For Crewel Fabrics, we do not charge any extra for customization.
11. What is Minimum Order Quantity for Wholesale Orders?
For apparel, 10 items or more; for crewel fabrics, minimum order is 100 Yards.
