Kaftans embroidered in
traditional Kashmiri patterns are available in cotton and silk backgrounds. The
front is embroidered allover with minimal embroidery work on the back of the
kaftans.
Kaftans are stitched on the sides, with spaces left towards the top on either
side for arms to pass through. Prices are determined by the amount of embroidery
work and the type of fabric used.
Cotton kaftans start at a modest price of 39 USD while silk kaftans are priced fairly higher with models starting at 110 USD.
