Handmade crewel area rugs, embroidered using traditional crochet/ "aari" work on a cotton "dusooti" base fabric. Embroidery designs include floral motifs, birds and paisleys in wool or silk thread. These rugs are backed with canvas and suitable for use as area rugs/ wall hangings. These rugs come in many different sizes - the smallest is 2x3 ft and 9x12 ft being the largest allowing for good variety to choose a suitable one for your space.
