1. Do your items have a unique identifying number?
Yes, our items are identified by individual "SKUs" (Stock-Keeping-Units) given at the top of each item listing as shown encircled in red in this picture:

 

2. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.), UK, Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.), Australia, New Zealand, Asia (China, Japan, Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.).

3. What payment methods do you accept, are your payment methods SECURE?
We accept Credit Card payments securely through 2Checkout's Standard 256-bit Data Encryption. We do not store Credit Card details of customers during any part of the transaction.

4. What method of shipping do you use?
We use Fedex or DHL for shipping online orders. Doorstep Delivery is included for all orders. Custom Delivery available. Contact us for details.

5. When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered in 5 to 8 days after shipping/ dispatch, excluding Sundays and Holidays, under normal conditions of weather and air-traffic. Dispatch times vary for different products and are mentioned at the top of the product page. These may be longer for custom-made and pre-order products. Please read them carefully.

6. What happens if my shipment is not delivered on time?
We deal with artisans and there may be unexpected delays in custom orders at times due to a craftsman taking ill or due to some other personal issues. In the event of your decision to cancel an existing order pending shipment, we will offer a full refund of your entire order amount. For undelivered/ damaged shipments, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee.

7. What is your policy on discounts?
We offer a 10% discount on orders for first time buyers. A 10% discount coupon is sent when a new buyer registers on our website. Discounts are also offered to wholesale buyers based on order volumes. Please Contact us for a quote specific to your project requirement.

8. What are the shipping rates you charge?
We offer Weight-Based Shipping (Calculated in Your Cart after items are added). Please Contact us for a shipping quote specific to your order.

9. Do you do Custom Orders? What can I customize in my order? How long does it take to deliver the order?
Customizing orders is a special service provided on our website. You may customize size, fabric type (e.g., cotton, wool, linen, etc), fabric color, embroidery colors and embroidery pattern (custom pattern with redesign option) as per your request. You may also have a pattern railroaded as per your project requirements. Production lead time is between 5 and 12 weeks depending on the order. Please Contact us for a price quote and lead time for your custom order.

10. Do custom orders cost more than normal orders?
For apparel, custom orders will cost $15 more when a size larger than 2XL is ordered. For Crewel Fabrics listed on our site, we do not charge any extra for customization of embroidery colors. Change of background fabric or design may result in a price revision.

11. Do you sell single items or wholesale?
Our website is a retail store where we offer single items as a minimum purchase. For example you can buy fabric as low as 1 yard and apparel from 1 piece onwards.

12. What is Minimum Order Quantity for Wholesale Orders?
Wholesale pricing is applicable for apparel/ cushion covers/ bedspread orders of 10 or more units and 100 yards or more of crewel fabrics. Alternatively if your order amount is 3000 USD or more, wholesale discounts will apply. Details on how to get a wholesale login created are available on our Wholesale page.
