Due to the nature of crewel work, there are inherent issues that are unavoidable and do not carry the same guarantee as machine embroidered fabrics.
Handcrafted in Kashmir using age old embroidery techniques, crewel work is indigenous to this region only.
Each piece of fabric is unique, as different groups of workers are employed for each piece.
Every care is taken to maintain a consistent yarn color & embroidery pattern, however it is not practically possible to maintain perfect matches. There may also be missing yarns / slight staining. This is deemed normal.

    I put this on a bench and it looks beautiful. The fabric looks very expensive and ties everything in my den together. The navy is true to color and I am going to purchase another crewel for my bedroom bench. You won't be disappointed!

    I am really shocked that you charged me for shipping and then I get a demand for £23 from DHL in respect of duty and VAT. YOU REALLY SHOULD ADVISE CUSTOMERS THAT THERE IS THIS EXTRA COST!

    The fabric come all the way from India! My sample and then yardage came faster then some of my US orders. The fabric is beautiful as is pictured. The pricing is so reasonable. Very pleased!

    The service was excellent- I sent an initial email enquiry which was answered promptly and helpfully. Ordering the fabric through Paypal was easy and tracking information provided. The fabric arrived within the promised timeframe and was really beautiful. I will definitely order from this company again and have already recommended it to friends. .
