Due to the nature of crewel work, there are inherent issues that are unavoidable and do not carry the same guarantee as machine embroidered fabrics.
Handcrafted in Kashmir using age old embroidery techniques, crewel work is indigenous to this region only.
Each piece of fabric is unique, as different groups of workers are employed for each piece.
Every care is taken to maintain a consistent yarn color & embroidery pattern, however it is not practically possible to maintain perfect matches. There may also be missing yarns / slight staining. This is deemed normal.

Ordered just before lockdown and wondered if they'd ever get it made sent but they did and I am so pleased to have been able to support these guys, as well as the fact i've got a fabulous, genuine crewel product - legit! Beautiful Hand Stitched Fabric
I received great customer service. My email questions were answered quickly. I had the fabric made into pinch pleated drapes. The cost for labor was very reasonable. The drapes were lined and they look great. I couldn’t believe how fast they made the drapes and had them shipped to me. I am currently planning another project.

Great Service
I had been looking all over for a very specific Cotton Crewl Fabric to reupholster a chair. I requested a swatch and it is almost identical. The process was quick and easy. I haven't ordered the yardage yet since I am waiting to figure out how much I need.
