Handcrafted in Kashmir using age old embroidery techniques, crewel work is indigenous to this region only.
Each piece of fabric is unique, as different groups of workers are employed for each piece.
Every care is taken to maintain a consistent yarn color & embroidery pattern, however it is not practically possible to maintain perfect matches. There may also be missing yarns / slight staining. This is deemed normal.

it good
It is great quality. But the embroidery is clunkier than pictured and the colors are not as vibrant. I was also expecting the embroidery pattern to be smaller. I can no longer use it for my purposes although I will use it in a different project
