PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept payment by Credit Cards (Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express) and PayPal sent in US Dollars. Although you can view amounts in other currencies, but the billed currency will be USD only. We charge to your credit card or deduct the price of the order from your PayPal account as you place an order. If the order happens to be canceled for some reason, the refund will be made to whatever the paying method you chose at the time of ordering. Usually, the refund for PayPal will be made instantly and the refund for credit card transactions may take 4-7 days as the transaction needs to be made between interim credit card and your actual credit card company.

Credit Cards:

   You can pay with the following cards - Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, Maestro. Select the option "Credit Card" if you wish to pay using Credit Card. Credit Card Payments are processed through 2Checkout.

PayPal:

The order amount will be deducted from your Paypal account when you place an order. If your order has been canceled, the refund will be made to your account. You can use your existing PayPal account and check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details. Select the "PayPal" payment option during checkout to pay using PayPal. You can also use the "Checkout with PayPal" button to make payment through PayPal.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks & Personal Checks:

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 30 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $15 fee on all returned checks.

SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Japan, etc. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" link if you receive any shipping error during Checkout.

How to estimate shipping cost for your order:

You can estimate shipping cost for your order before proceeding to checkout as follows:
1. Add to Cart all products that you wish to purchase.
2. Go to your shopping cart and scroll down to the bottom.
3. At the bottom of the page, you will find the shipping cost for your location.

Shipping/ Dispatch Time:

Depending on product "Availability", shipping time will be shown accordingly:

In Stock items ship in 5 to 7 Days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Custom Orders have a lead time of 5 to 12 weeks depending on the ordered yardage as detailed below:

5 Yards - 5 weeks

10 yards - 6 weeks

15 yards - 8 weeks

20 yards - 10 weeks

25 yards or more - 12 weeks

For Custom Ordered Apparel, lead time is 6 to 8 weeks.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom orders may be delayed beyond the mentioned timelines due to unavoidable circumstances at times, due to any personal problems of the craftsman. These situations are totally unforseen and we request your patience in such matters.

 

          

Online tracking is available and details shall be mailed within 24 hours of dispatch. All our shipments are insured and we offer a 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE for lost or damaged shipments.

RETURNS POLICY:

You may return most items (original packing included) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping charges). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 10% restocking fee shall be deducted from the refundable amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the returns.

Please include original packing when sending returns. Refunds will be processed after receipt of the original goods.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Items can be returned for any of the following reasons:
a) The item has a manufacturing defect.
b) The item arrived in damaged or dirty condition due to a broken package.
c) The item is not the size you ordered.
2. The item(s) must be returned within 15 Days of receipt along with original packing. Return shipping cost shall be paid by the buyer.
